The tax free limit for those earning more than £150,000 is set to be changed by the government April 2016. The new reduction, is to progressively reduce the annual amount of tax free pension contributions, that a person can make, for those earning more than £150,000. This new legislation is to include employer pension contributions, and will not be able to be worked around by reducing income via salary sacrifice.
