Administrator Qualifications

At Money Minder, it's not just the advisers that have industry recognised qualifications.

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has developed certificates for those staff involved in administration within both company and intermediary organisations. It gives staff the necessary knowledge to show that they can perform effectively.

The CFI - UK Financial Services, regulations and ethics, develops a knowledge and understanding of the background to the financial services industry including key aspects of legislation and regulation. It also helps administrative staff to develop an appreciation of the process of investment planning and the range of products available

The FA1 and FA2 are specialist exams which provide a firm ground in life and pensions together with detailed guidance on the administration of these classes of business.
