Millennials are carving the face of their financial future, in fact as many as 44% of 18–34 year olds imply that they are financially ‘comfortable’. Many are putting a high amount o their income into savings. Millennials now are beginning to support other generations, 36% have already supported their parents financially. Interestingly this support is predicted to extend to the children of millennials. A significant number believe that their children should expect financial support from their parents. They will be prepared to support their children in the future when they leave home, in addition to university fees and living costs.
