In a recent report from Women & Retirement findings indicate that women often lack flexibility in pensions which causes an obstacle towards appropriate savings. Women in the age bracket of 22-29 state that they want to be able to use savings in cases of emergencies rather than put this into saving for a pension. Although 67% of women from this age bracket are not saving enough for retirement and 25% are not saving anything at all.
