Do you expect to work past age 65? Many picture themselves sitting on a beach or enjoying a round of golf at this point in life, yet there is no longer a requirement to finish work at age 65. The Equality Act 2010 made it illegal to discriminate on the basis of age in the workplace. 48% of workers in the UK plan to continue to work past age 65. Considering the transition into retirement many adults fear declining physical health, and running out of money as their two biggest retirement concerns.
