How can you help your child understand money a little better? Consider these top tips that could support your child and their learning of finance. Firstly showing children what saving money is and what contrast this has when making decisions about everyday spending. Discuss your values towards money, set goals together to show the value of money and savings. Finally give pocket money in denominations that encourage saving. For example labelled jars work to separate money – one for saving, one for spending and one for donating.
