In Brief: Pension speak made easier with introduction of simplified phrasebook

A new pensions phrasebook that aims to appeal to the customer whilst cutting out the jargon has been launched. The simplified pensions phrasebook, spearheaded by NEST, looks to improve communication between pension provider and pension holder. NEST is keen to expand the use of the pensions phrasebook to all pension providers.
